    Yes. Our quick trips have an excellent safety record and are specifically designed to be accessible for younger guests. Children must be at least 5 years old and weigh at least 50 pounds. All participants wear PFDs and helmets, and our guides are trained in swift-water rescue.

  • Do I need any rafting experience?

    None at all. Quick trips are designed for complete beginners. Your guide handles the technical work and coaches you through every rapid. By the end, you will feel like you know what you are doing.

  • What’s the minimum age and weight?

    Age 5 and 50 pounds for both the Single and Double Lickety Split. These are the lowest age requirements of any Whitewater Voyages trip, which is why quick trips are so popular with families.
